I’m often asked why I called my blog ‘The Diaries of a Migratory Bird’, and the answer is simple:

My vision was to create journal entries as I migrate around the world, learning how to fly like a bird… free of baggage.

Within the pages of this journal, it’s pictures, posts and notes, I share the lessons I’m learning about life, mind, body, soul. I want to connect great people with each other, in amazing places and to the practices and processes that have fed, grounded and balanced me the most.
